It is said that your birthplace is the home you always long to journey back to...if not in actuality, than in a reflection of how you lead your life, the choices you make and the experiences you share with others.

Growing up along the New England coast, I have recollections of sand and sea that can be discovered in the complexity of my abstract images. The crisp, seasonal colors; the fluidity of line; the organic shapes and the surfaces in their varied response to light - all of these raw elements are embedded in my art. These fragments gathered to disclose the artist within - as if remains along the ocean's edge - help to tell the story I wish to leave behind.
